大法官偏綠誰之過？

這兩天在看一些新聞時，頗替台灣總統（包括現任的馬英九先生）感到可憐，鄰近新加坡總理（現任李顯龍）的職務根本就是錢多、事少、離家近，台灣總統實在很難當哩。

且看，前幾個禮拜G20在倫敦舉行，英國Times就列了一個全球前十大薪資最高的政治人物，新加坡的李顯龍排第一，年薪247萬美元，相當於新台幣每個月658萬，相當於每個月可在我家附近的豪宅元利水世紀買兩間套房當包租公還有找，也相當一個月就賺走了馬英九做了一年的薪水（以14個月計算，馬英九月薪47萬）。

錢多就算了，偏偏新加坡又真的很好管，比如前兩天他們又通過了一個遊行集會法修正案，更嚴格的管制國民的遊行權利，現在連「一個人遊行」也得事先申請、你亂拍照、攝影也不行，警察權利大幅擴張。新加坡政府說是有感於泰國紅衫軍之亂，但何嘗不是去年11月看到台灣陳雲林訪台騷動有關？但說也奇怪，新加坡人倒也乖乖接受這種修法，沒什麼人在抗議。

也或許真的很閒，所以他對鄰國大小事的情況倒是十分清楚。比如就在陳雲林訪台過後，他在一場黨內演說中就拿台灣來當討論例子，我貼在下面（全文可看此）。

他基本上是說，台灣已經歷經兩次政黨輪替，也算符合西方民主國家的定義了，但前任陳水扁被控貪腐、新上任馬英九又無能，實現不了競選承諾，結果國內人民還是藍綠對峙嚴重，是個「運作不良」的政治體制。

似乎頗說到重點。

今天看到新聞報導大法官有個釋憲可能有利於陳水扁，媒體開始影射是因為大法官偏綠。

真是我的媽ㄟ...還真給李顯龍說中了哩。
